Terms of Service

Effective 16 July 2026.

1. Service

Domain Research API provides a real-time domain status API. Access requires an active paid subscription.

2. Acceptable use

You may not abuse or overload the service, resell it without our written permission, attempt to circumvent quotas or rate limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Usage is metered per delivered result and quotas reset each calendar month. Results that come back unreachable, and errors, are not billed. There is no automatic overage: once a plan's monthly quota is spent, further calls return 402 until you upgrade or the quota resets. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Availability & accuracy

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any individual result.

Enterprise agreements may include a separate, negotiated availability commitment. Where one exists, it supersedes this section for that customer.
