Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are self-serve from your billing portal in the dashboard. If your plan was set up manually (a design partner or a comped account), there's no portal behind it, so email us and we'll make the change.
Email about billing →Above the Scale plan's 75,000 checks a month, or you need a contract, invoicing, or terms your procurement team can sign. Tell us the rough monthly volume and we'll come back with a number.
Talk about enterprise →A status you disagree with, an unexpected error, or a question the docs don't answer. Include the domain, roughly when you called, and your key's prefix — the short part before the dot. Never send us your full API key — we can't read it back anyway, and email is not a safe place for a live credential.
Email support →Ask for a copy of the account data we hold, or have it deleted. See the privacy policy for what we keep and why.
